“Growth is an indispensable phenomenon of life. Most times it is vigorous, either learning the child ignorant of his/her development in relation to the environment, or confused causing some embarrassment. The next stage comes with slower change or none at all. Without caution, depression and disappointment may set in, making the child that was previously full of excitement devastated if not totally. This step is the dormancy period, which in terms of growth mostly takes place in the mind. This is where the child takes a stand on the views, ethics, principals, careers, choice and attitude of life. Most children tend to be distance in their relationship with their parent. The length of this period s from one individual to another, and mostly the longest of the three-life period as contend in this article. The parent in their parent-child relationship must apply great caution in this stage, as the qualities the child has gained over the years stand high risk of being corrupted or lost! A multitude of people with an open arm awaits any child who does not feet totally accepted in the home by his/her parent- this is the danger encountered by the child in this stage. The final stage as well as the expectation of all including the parent is when the child’s potentials are harvested and brought to home light contrary to stage 2 where potentials are groomed- relevancy period. Description
LPB is the brainchild of Chukwuemeka S. Ndefo, born on the month of April 2006 with the intention of reaching out to kids of our generation on line. Other groups of older people are the inclusive since such have indispensable roles to play in the child’s development. LPB that is the acronym for LARVA- PUPA- BUTTERFLY is an initiative (only online now) with hope to transform into “international” in the future.
